Terms of Service

These terms govern The XP Mentorship, a private one-to-one trading mentorship provided by Panganasi Group Limited ("we", "us"), led by Philemon Amani ("TOP P"). By enrolling, you ("the student") agree to them.

01What the programme is

The XP Mentorship is a private mentorship, not a course, and not a signal subscription. Depending on the level, it may include a structured curriculum, one-to-one calls, live trading sessions, WhatsApp accountability, trade history review, risk management frameworks, prop firm challenge preparation, and access to trade signals as teaching material.

02Levels and fees

The programme is offered at five levels, priced according to how much foundational teaching is required. Fees are one-time. There are no recurring charges and no hidden add-ons.

Any USD figures shown on this site are approximate conversions for guidance only. The fee is payable in Tanzanian Shillings, and the TZS amount is the contractual amount.

Places are limited to a maximum of 10 students overall, and Level 5 is limited to 5. We may close applications at any time.

03Applying and enrolling

Applications are made over WhatsApp and followed by a qualifying call. The call is free and carries no obligation on either side.

We may decline an application. The programme is not suitable for everyone, and we would rather turn someone away than take a fee from a person it will not help, including anyone proposing to pay with borrowed money, money needed for essential living costs, or money that is not theirs.

A place is confirmed when the fee is received and we confirm enrolment. Fees are arranged directly with us after the qualifying call; no payment is taken through this website.

04What we commit to

• To deliver the level you enrolled in, as described to you on your qualifying call.
• To keep sessions private and one-to-one unless you agree otherwise.
• To reschedule rather than cancel where circumstances prevent a session going ahead.
• To be honest with you about your progress, including when the honest answer is unwelcome.

Sessions are conducted in English and Swahili. The curriculum is self-paced and can be followed on a smartphone.

05What we ask of you

The programme only works if you do the work. As a student you agree to:

• attend the scheduled sessions, and give reasonable notice if you need to move one;
• complete the assigned work between sessions;
• follow the risk management framework as taught while you are being mentored;
• be truthful about your trading history, your account, and your results;
• keep the material to yourself, as set out in section 08.

These are not formalities. They are the conditions the graduation guarantee depends on, so please take them seriously.

06The Extraordinary Graduation Guarantee

Every level carries the graduation guarantee. It works in two stages.

Stage one: support does not stop at graduation

After you graduate, TOP P continues to trade alongside you, at no further cost, until you can stand alone. There is no time limit placed on this stage. It continues until you are independent, or until it is clear that further support will not change the outcome.

Stage two: the refund

If, after graduation and after that continued support has run its course, you still cannot trade profitably, the full programme fee is returned to you. This is a personal commitment from TOP P.

Conditions

The guarantee is conditional on you having completed all required work and attended all scheduled sessions, as set out in section 05. It is intended to protect a student who did everything asked of them and still did not get there. It is not available where the work was not done.

A separate 30-day money-back period also applies from the start of your programme, on request, in line with the standard offered across this industry.

Where a refund is due under either provision, we will agree the method with you and process it without undue delay. Refunds are made in Tanzanian Shillings to the same person who paid.

07Signals and taught trades

Signals, live sessions and worked examples are teaching material illustrating the method. They are not instructions to trade and not a promise of profit. You decide whether to act, and you carry the result. Nothing in this section limits section 09.

08Intellectual property and confidentiality

The XP method, the curriculum, session recordings, written material and signals are our intellectual property. Enrolling gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning and trading.

You may not record, republish, resell, share, or teach the material to others, or use it to build a competing programme. Sharing access with a non-student is a breach of these terms and may end your enrolment without refund.

Level 5 includes a knowledge monetisation module. Nothing in it entitles you to teach The XP method itself.

09Liability

We are responsible for delivering the programme with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for trading losses you incur, for decisions you take on your own account, for the acts of brokers or prop firms, or for market conditions.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the fee you paid. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be excluded under Tanzanian law.

10Ending the arrangement

You may stop at any time. Outside the 30-day period and the graduation guarantee, fees for a programme already under way are not refundable, because the place was held for you and the teaching time was reserved.

We may end your enrolment for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, in particular section 08, or for abusive conduct. Where we end it for reasons that are not your fault, we will refund the unused portion of the fee.

11Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the one in force when you enrolled, unless a change is needed by law. Material changes will be communicated to current students directly.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, and the courts of Tanzania have jurisdiction. If something goes wrong, speak to us first. We would rather resolve it directly than formally.
