The XP Mentorship teaches a trading method. It is educational in nature and does not constitute regulated financial advice, investment advice, or a personal recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.

Panganasi Group Limited is not a licensed investment adviser, broker, asset manager, or financial institution. We do not manage money on your behalf, we do not hold client funds, and we do not execute trades for you. Every trading decision you make is your own, taken on your own account, at your own risk.

If you need advice about your personal financial circumstances, consult a licensed financial adviser in your jurisdiction.

02Signals and taught trades are not instructions

Where the programme provides trade signals, live sessions, or worked examples, these are teaching material. They illustrate how the method is applied. They are not instructions to trade and they are not a promise that a given trade will be profitable.

You remain solely responsible for deciding whether to act on anything taught, for your own position sizing, and for the consequences.

03Past results do not predict future results

The certificates, account records and withdrawal records shown on this site are the personal trading records of Philemon Amani (TOP P). They are presented so that you can verify he trades his own capital using the method he teaches.

His results are his. They are not a forecast, a projection, or a promise of what you will achieve. Any figure shown anywhere on this site, whether a monthly return, a funded account size or a withdrawal amount, describes something that already happened to one trader under one set of conditions. It says nothing reliable about your future outcome.

Individual results vary according to skill, discipline, capital, risk tolerance, market conditions, time committed, and factors outside anyone's control.

04Leverage magnifies losses as well as gains

Forex and synthetic indices are typically traded with leverage. Leverage means a small adverse move in price can produce a loss far larger than you expected, and in some conditions larger than your initial deposit, depending on your broker's terms.

Markets can gap. Spreads can widen. Orders, stop losses included, may be filled at a worse price than requested, or not filled at all, during volatile conditions.

05Synthetic indices carry their own risks

Synthetic indices are instruments created and priced by a broker rather than traded on a public exchange. They do not track a real-world market. Their behaviour, availability and pricing depend on the broker offering them, and that broker is your counterparty. Understand those terms before trading them.

06Prop firm challenges are not guaranteed income

The programme includes preparation for proprietary trading firm evaluations, such as those run by FTMO, Alpha Capital and Funding Pips. You should understand:

• Evaluations normally require a fee, which you pay to the prop firm and which is generally not refundable if you fail.
• A large proportion of participants do not pass. Passing is not a typical outcome.
• Passing an evaluation does not guarantee you will be profitable on a funded account, or that you will keep it.
• Prop firms set their own rules and may change them, suspend accounts, or cease operating. We do not control them and are not affiliated with them.

References to prop firms on this site describe verification of past performance. They are not endorsements by those firms, and no partnership is implied.

07No income guarantee

Nothing on this site is a guarantee, warranty, or projection of earnings. The programme does not promise that you will become profitable, become funded, replace your income, or recover money you have previously lost.

The graduation guarantee described in our Terms of Service is a commitment about continued support and, in defined circumstances, a refund of the programme fee. It is not a guarantee of trading profit, and it does not protect you against losses you incur in the market. Money you lose trading is lost regardless of that guarantee.

08Suitability

This programme is not suitable for you if you are trading with borrowed money, with money you need for essential living costs, or with money belonging to someone else. It is not suitable if you expect a guaranteed or quick return, or if you are unable to accept losing your capital.

09Your responsibility in your own jurisdiction

The programme is offered from Tanzania and is taken by students across East Africa and beyond. Laws governing trading, brokers, taxation and financial promotion differ by country. You are responsible for ensuring that your trading activity and your use of any broker is lawful where you live, and for meeting any tax obligations arising from it.
