Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

01Who we are

The XP Mentorship is operated by Panganasi Group Limited, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy. For any request under it, contact us on WhatsApp at +255 623 721 827.

02Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking technology. Nothing is stored on your device, and there is no contact form or sign-up on the site. Because no cookies are set, no cookie consent is required.

03Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider processes the standard technical information your browser sends whenever it requests a page, including your IP address, device and browser type, and the time of the request. This is used only to deliver the site, keep it available, and protect it from abuse. It is not used to identify you or build a profile, and it is not combined with anything else we hold.

A small number of technical service providers process this information on our behalf, under contract and only for those purposes.

04Information you give us

Enquiries and applications are handled over WhatsApp. When you use an "Apply on WhatsApp" button you leave this website and open a conversation with us, and we then receive:

• your phone number, and the display name and photo you have set;
• the content of your messages, including anything you choose to share about your city, your trading experience, or your account history.

WhatsApp is operated independently of us, and its own privacy terms govern how it handles your data. We control only what happens once your message reaches us. If you would prefer not to use WhatsApp, tell us and we will arrange another way to speak.

05How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and arrange a qualifying call.
• To assess suitability, meaning which level fits you and whether the programme is appropriate for you at all.
• To deliver the programme if you enrol: scheduling sessions, reviewing your trading, and running the accountability check-ins.
• To keep our own records of what was agreed and paid, as any business must.

We do not make automated decisions about you, and we do not add you to marketing lists unless you ask.

06Trading records you share with us

Several levels involve reviewing your past trades. Anything you send for that purpose is used only to teach you. It is not published, not shared with other students, and not passed to anyone else. If we ever wanted to use an anonymised example in teaching material, we would ask your permission first.

07How long we keep it

We keep enrolment records while you are a student, and afterwards for as long as we need them to honour the graduation guarantee and to meet Tanzanian tax and company record-keeping requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended. You can ask us to delete your conversation at any time.

08Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We disclose it only to the service providers described above, or where the law requires it.

09Your rights

Under Tanzania's Personal Data Protection Act, 2022, and comparable laws elsewhere in East Africa, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose. Message us and we will deal with it. There is no charge for a reasonable request, and we aim to respond within 30 days.

Requests about data held by WhatsApp itself have to go to WhatsApp, as we cannot action those.

10Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. There is no login, no database and no payment processing on this website, so there are no stored passwords or card details. Payment is arranged with us directly after a qualifying call.

11Children

The programme is for adults. We do not knowingly enrol anyone under 18 or collect their information.

12Changes

If what we collect ever changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to current students directly.
